Swimming
I recommend swimming. If you want to lose your weight, you should start swimming. Swimming burns off fat or calories. When you swim, you move your all muscles. So you can train your body muscles. If you train your body muscles, your fat run out.
Also swimming has good advantage. First, in summer, it is kill two birds with one stone, because summer is very hot and you want to get in swimming pool or sea. You can get in the pool and feel refresh. Second, if you can’t swim, don’t worry. Because not only swim but also walking or float in the water is you can burn your calories. Only soaking is using many calories. Walk in the water also using many calories. Finally, in winter or rainy days, you can go to swim in indoor pool or heated pool.
